Selling Me2everyone Shares On Ebay

A member wrote in to say he had bought 600 me2everyone shares of E-bay for GBP £5.94, but could not see them in his Share account.

M2e support advised him to contact the seller and request his money back.

Please be aware that me2everyone shares are NOT currently available for sale (nor do we have any plans during 2009).

If you see anyone selling me2everyone shares, please let us know immediately. It is in the interests of all members that we safeguard the integrity of the company and the interests of all our members.

Please remember that you receive an allocation of shares at no cost when you become a member or recommend your friends. When shares are registered and the share centre is opened (in me2everyone), the me2everyone website will be the ONLY place where shares can be transacted.

All of the legal forms will be in place and our Company Secretary can be updated on all transfers and arrange the new certificates to be issued. The Finance Director, David Lewis, offers the following advice: Firstly, you cannot pass any shares in me2everyone Ltd to anyone without first seeking the permission from the company. In the event that permission is granted then the transfer of the shares can only be effected by the shareholder completing the legally required paperwork. This involves them filling in a stock transfer form and sending this to the company together with their share certificate. Once the company receives these two documents, it records the change of ownership of the shares in its records and sends a new share certificate to the new shareholder.

Only when all the paperwork is complete is the new owner recognised as the shareholder by the company. Once me2everyone Ltd completes its current restructure to become a public limited company, you will not need to seek permission to transfer your shares to someone else. However the paperwork procedure for notifying the company of the change of ownership will be the same.

When the village begins there will be a few houses. As each new member join a new house is added, population figures increase and the value of the town increases too.

A merchant, also known as an advertiser or retailer, is a Web site or company that sells a product or service online, accepts payments and fulfills orders.

If you place an ad or link to the merchant's products and/or services on your Web site and the merchant pays you a commission for leads or sales that result from your site.

What it Takes to Succeed

Those publishers suited best for affiliate marketing have some consistent characteristics:

They must have a Web site designed for a specific niche of consumers or audience. While not all affiliates have content sites, it is a simple way to enter into the affiliate marketing industry and a solid foundation to build upon if you later branch out to other marketing channels such as search engine marketing.

Cost per action (CPA) - A metric for online advertising where a rate is set for every action that is taken by an end-user. It is also known as pay for performance.
Cost per thousand impressions (CPM) - A metric for online advertising where a rate is set for every thousand impressions.

Conversion rate- The percentage of visitors who take a desired action. The action that determines conversion is determined by the advertiser and may be a sale on the advertiser's Web site, a completed lead form, or another action.

Impression- The viewing of an advertising banner, link, or product.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM ) - The act of marketing a Web site via search engines. This can be done by "natural" or "organic" search which refers to all unpaid search results based on relevance in the content site or "paid" search which refers to all pay-per-click advertising (such as on MSN, Yahoo! or Google).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- The process of increasing the amount of visitors to a Web site by ranking high in the search results of a search engine. Varied techniques are used by content site affiliates to improve their web page's results.

Follow a budget can be very difficult at first. This can be a big concern if you have been use to spending money freely. First step of course is setting up your budget and some guidelines to keep within your budget. Be sure that all expenses are accounted for. Don’t forget to include fun money or entertainment funds if able. Once your budget is put together carefully you are ready to set up some guidelines to assist you in keeping on track with your budget.

One of the best ways to keep you on budget is to stop carrying cash. For most of us while shopping when we see signs offering miscellaneous items for ninety-nine cents we can’t resist. It’s just a dollar here and a dollar there. Those dollars add up fast and before you know it the thirty pounds in your pocket is gone. By not carrying cash you can help stop impulse buying. If you still prefer to carry cash, your best bet is to only take what money is necessary to spend. Give yourself an estimate of what your groceries will cost you. Take only that amount with you. This will help curb the need to purchase excess items, knocking you off the budget track

Always shop with a list to help prevent unnecessary spending. If you make a weekly or biweekly grocery list, you will only be purchasing those needed food items. Or create a list of cleaning supplies and stick to those isles only. If you allow yourself to wander aimlessly around a store you are allowing yourself to be tempted for other purchases. It can be very hard to stay on budget when tempted by those objects that surround you in a store.

Become a thrifty shopper. It can’t hurt to look through coupons. Even a few saved cents per purchase can really add up on savings in the end. Searching through clearance sections in stores is another way to find items you need and save money on as well. You may be pleasantly surprised to see how much you can take home, and still have money in your pocket on your way out the shop.

Keeping yourself on a budget is about self-control. It’s fighting the urge to buy what is not needed. If you have a difficult time curbing your shopping habit, keep a friend or relative with you on shopping outings. Someone you can trust to steer you away from temptation. As long as you lower the temptation for purchases, make a list and stick to necessary isles you will prevent yourself from loosing track of your budget needs.

In my article How Many Affiliate Programs Should I Promote I said choosing the WRONG programs to promote can literally spell out the difference between success and failure. In fact, many people who would have succeeded in affiliate marketing did NOT succeed simply because they chose the wrong programs to promote.

Let's get into this idea a little further.

There are affiliate programs that pay out a lion's share of the commissions to affiliates, for example one affiliate program pays $20.00 out of a $24.95 sale.

As an affiliate, you need to work with companies that put YOU first. After all, you're the one driving the traffic to their site and they don't have a lot of risk since they only pay you when you generate a sale.

But a lot of affiliate programs don't understand that. In fact, many programs out there are paying 5-15% commission on products they should be paying you a lot more for.

But there is another extremely important factor that determines success or failure as an affiliate marketer. That is whether or not the company pays you one time or pays you residual income for a single sale.

This is a HUGE,factor you need to consider before you join ANY affiliate program.

If I was promoting products from affiliate programs that only paid me one time for a sale, I'd still need a job somewhere else to cover my basic living expenses. But I realized from day one that I needed to work with affiliate programs that paid me residual income.

On the Internet, residual income is basically selling a "subscription service" so that when someone buys the product you get paid UP-FRONT one time and then each month when that person's subscription renews with the company, you get paid
again and again, and again... EVERY MONTH for as long as that person continues using the service.

As crazy as it sounds, 90% of the people I see fail at generating any significant income from affiliate programs are promoting products that do NOT pay a substantial residual income.

So just as you might put on a pair of sunglasses to filter out UV rays, you should put on a pair of mental glasses that filters out ANY program that does NOT pay you residual income.

Affiliate programs that pay only one-time for a single sale can be BAD for your financial health. Think about it... It takes the same energy on your part to promote something that pays you ONLY one time as it does to promote something that pays you EVERY MONTH forever.

So would you rather spend a day to make a sale that you get paid for that day and that day only or would you rather spend a day and make sale that pays you for the rest of your life?

There is only one RIGHT answer to that question.

Unless you're just a hobbyist and don't care how much you earn from your efforts, then you shouldn't touch an affiliate program with a ten foot pole that doesn't pay you residual income.

You should ONLY focus on programs and products that pay you residual income.

Everyone who wants to have their own website on the Internet needs a good web host. I discovered early on that web hosting sells like crazy and you can make a fortune selling hosting services as an affiliate because the demand for hosting is so high. One of the most overlooked time management tools for those working earning income is the schedule and calendar. I use Microsoft Outlook 2007 (PC) to help me manage my day. It is not enough to simply block out a period time that you will use to work, but you will need to augment this block with reminders, as well as frequent breaks; after all, earning extra income simply means that you have another source of income and working two jobs may be more than you bargained for when you took on this opportunity.

Adding frequent breaks to your schedule is a good idea. This also permits you to interact with friends and family who will not mind the extra income you are earning as long as it does not interfere with your ability to also spend time with them. You will need a website and an email address, and you will need to begin to have these things designed so you can begin to sell your products.

All of these decisions will come into play and need to be thought through before you even begin your home business.

The fact is that there are many people who are a member of
too few affiliate programs and there are many people who are
a member of too many. There are only a handful of people who
have found the magic "sweet spot" right in the middle and
those are the happy people who are making the most money.

Why is too few affiliate programs a problem?

Joining too few affiliate programs is a problem for 3 major
reasons:

1. The bottom line is that you absolutely, positively MUST
start earning multiple streams of income. One income stream,
even 2 is not enough in today's world. If you are only
relying on your job as your main source of income right now,
you're a sitting duck for a financial disaster. If you lose
your job or your health, God forbid, you could be in big
trouble financially. Most people are just one paycheck away
from bankruptcy.

Affiliate marketing is the same way. If you're relying on
just one or two affiliate programs to pull in the bulk of
your income, you're extremely vulnerable. Even if you've
built up a big residual income in a program, if it goes out
of business so do you.

2. Joining only one or two affiliate program does not give
you enough experience to compare strengths and weaknesses of
different programs. It leaves you being unaware of different
possibilities and that's very dangerous to your fiscal
health.

3. There’s a saying that "If all you have is a hammer,
every problem looks like a nail." If you only have one or
two different products or programs to promote, that's not
enough to solve the many different problems people will be
coming to you for. You need to have a variety of tools in
your affiliate toolbox so you can pull out the right one at
the right time for the right person. If you don't, you'll be
leaving money on the table. It's that simple.

Why is too many affiliate programs a problem?

Joining too many affiliate programs is a problem for 2 MAJOR
reasons:

1. You'll get way too distracted. Focus has great power and
if you have too many things to think about at one time,
you'll get confused. When you're confused, you don't take
action. When you don't action, you don't make money.

2. People won't take you seriously. If you're promoting
everything and anything, people will sense your lack of
sincerity and have no desire to do business with you. One of
the big secrets to affiliate marketing success is promoting
things you have some experience with and believe in.

But there a magic "sweet spot" somewhere in the middle of
having enough products and programs to promote that keep you
diversified and capable of solving multiple problems for
people.

For example, if you get 100 people to visit your website and
only have one product you're promoting and your website
successfully converts 1 out of 100 visitors to a sale, then
you've made 1 sale. But if you have a couple more products
on your site that are related but different, you may find
that you get 3-5 people out of 100 who buy from you because
they find other things that solve their problems. So just
having a few different options for people can multiply your
income 300% or more without any additional effort.

In my experience, 5-6 different affiliate programs in a
niche is the generally the best starting point. This gives
you enough experience with different programs to compare
their strengths and weaknesses. It gives you enough
diversity so you can offer your prospects the right solution
at the right time. And it broadens your own affiliate
portfolio enough so that you can survive a disaster just in case one of the affiliate programs you are promoting falls on hard times.

No matter what niche market you are in, I encourage you to
you diversify your affiliate portfolio and get at least 5-6
high quality, top paying affiliate programs to promote in
order to ensure your short-term and long-term success.
